       Early Bird Registration Deadline: February 17, 2014

       Hotel Reservations will be sent to our third-party housing bureau. The housing bureau will
       receive confirmation numbers one month prior to your reservation date. When the housing bureau
       receives them, you will receive notification.

       Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy:

SGI meeting registration cancellations must be made in writing to the SGI administrative office in Annapolis, Maryland.    Registration fees will be refunded, less a $165.00 administrative fee if the request is made in writing prior to the early bird deadline date on the registration form.  No Refunds will be made on registration cancellations after the early bird deadline date on the registration form.

Registration payments made by credit card, personal check or company check will be refunded after the annual meeting.

       Poster Board Size in Italy:
         The poster boards in Italy will be Portrait 250cm tall X 100cm wide (8' tall X 3' wide) see photo below.  There are no
         frames on the poster boards so you can utilize the entire surface.  Posters will be attached using molding clay aka
         sticky tack which will be provided on site.



Poster Presentation at SGI:

If your abstract is accepted for presentation at the SGI Annual Meeting you must remain at your poster during your 

assigned poster presentation date and time. *NOTE: In Training presenters, if you are not at your poster during your

assigned session, your poster will not be discussed and you will not be eligible to receive a poster award.

Abstract Submission:
You are not required to register for the SGI meeting prior to submitting an abstract however, if your abstract is

accepted you are required to register to present your work.  The Early Bird Deadline for the 2014 Annual Meeting

is: February 17, 2014

UPDATE:  Abstract acceptance letters will be sent by e-mail to the contact author January 7, 2014

         obligations in Florence.
